UPCOMING EVENTS

Cat's Pride "Litter for Good" Program

Help us spread the word and get supporters!

P.A.W.S. is registered to receive litter through the Cat's Pride "Litter for Good" program.  Let our supporters know to nominate us at catspride.com - the more nominations, the more litter that is donated to P.A.W.S.!

Helping is as easy as 1-2-3.  Supporters can:

  1. Head over to catspride.com and join the free Cat's Pride Club to nominate P.A.W.S. for litter donations.

  2. While on catspride.com, check out the Litter for Good program video and share via social media to help spread the work and make an even larger impact.

  3. Finally, go out and buy a green jug of Cat's Pride Fresh & Light Litter.  For every jug purchased, a pound will be donated!

Santa Paws is Coming to Town!

December 04, 2019

5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at 200 City Hall Avenue, STE C, Poquoson, VA 23662

Join Simple Soul Photography, award-winning cat grooming salon Purrocious Styles Feline Designs, and of course Santa Claus himself, for a special cat-centered event holiday event!

This is your furry feline friend's chance to tell Santa just how good he or she has been this year (clawing those couch cushions wasn't "naughty," it was necessary!) and to capture the adorable meeting with priceless images.  Start with a professional nail trim or holiday-colored "soft-paw" application (if you want to stay on the nice list!) and then your kitty will get his/her private 10-minute photography session with Santa (up to three cats per session).

Your $50 session fee includes one high resolution digital image, a 5x7 print and a $5 donation made in your cat's name to Poquoson Animal Welfare Sanctuary (PAWS)!  Additional products also available for purchase.  If you bring a donation valued over $10 you will receive extra prints.

Donations needed: trash bags, odoban, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, glass cleaner, purina kitten chow yellow bag, purina cat chow complete, friskies pate, temptation treats.

Don’t have a kitty or don’t think they can handle a photo shoot? STILL Come by and meet some of our adorable and adoptable kittens and bring a donation!
